1. Introduction

Welcome to Rozgar Mart. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rozgar Mart reseller e-commerce platform, website, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, browsing products, placing orders, or utilizing our wallet and commission systems, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

3. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The Platform is not liable for any unauthorized access or misuse resulting from your failure to secure your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

4. Reseller Responsibilities

As a reseller, you are permitted to share and market products listed on the Platform to your customers. You agree to represent the products accurately, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the relationships, communication, and disputes with your end-customers. The Platform assumes no liability for any misuse, spamming, fraudulent marketing tactics, or misrepresentation employed by resellers. Any such behavior may result in immediate account termination.

5. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance by the administration. Payments must be processed through the approved channels provided. Admin reserves the right to reject or cancel any order if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or inventory unavailability.

6. Wallet & Deposits

The Platform provides a digital wallet system for resellers to manage funds and place orders. Wallet balances are strictly internal, platform-controlled accounting records and do not constitute a bank account, digital currency, or financial instrument. Funds in the wallet are to be used exclusively for transactions within the Platform.

All manual deposit requests must be accompanied by valid payment proofs. Submission of fake, forged, or manipulated deposit proofs is a severe violation that will result in immediate, permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances. The Admin reserves the absolute right to reject any suspicious or unverified deposit transactions.

7. Commission System

Resellers earn commissions based on the Platform's referral and direct sales structure. All commissions are strictly contingent upon the successful delivery and verification of valid orders. The Platform reserves the right to audit, withhold, delay, or reverse commissions suspected of being generated through fraudulent means, self-dealing, or unverified transactions. Cancelled, returned, or refunded orders will result in the immediate reversal of any associated commissions across all referral levels.

8. Fraud Prevention

We employ strict monitoring to protect the integrity of the Platform. The creation of fake orders, submission of manipulated deposit proofs, abuse of the referral system, or any form of financial manipulation is strictly prohibited. The Platform actively logs and monitors suspicious activity and will take decisive action against fraudulent accounts.

9. Product Information Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, actual product colors, textures, and packaging may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to photographic lighting or monitor settings. Admin does not guarantee that product descriptions are entirely error-free.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

Order cancellations and refunds are subject to our standard return policy. If an order is cancelled or refunded after delivery, the Platform will automatically debit the corresponding commission amounts from the respective reseller wallets to maintain financial equilibrium.

11. Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple fake accounts to manipulate the referral hierarchy.
• Scraping, using bots, or attempting to breach the Platform's API or security infrastructure.
• Uploading malicious files, unauthorized scripts, or violating file upload restrictions.
• Spamming, harassment, or abusive behavior towards platform staff or other users.

Engaging in abuse or spam can result in a permanent ban without prior notice.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and software on the Platform are the intellectual property of Rozgar Mart or its licensors. Resellers are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use product images and descriptions solely for the purpose of marketing and selling those specific products in good faith.

13. User-Generated Content

By uploading any content to the Platform, including but not limited to payment proofs, profile information, or custom materials, you grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive right to use, store, review, and process this content for operational, legal, and security purposes. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit. The Platform assumes no responsibility for user-generated content and reserves the right to remove any material deemed inappropriate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

The Platform reserves the absolute and unilateral right to suspend, lock, or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without notice. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspicion of fraudulent transactions, submission of fake payment proofs, abuse of the platform, or any action that poses a risk to the Platform's security, integrity, or reputation. The Platform may also permanently remove fraudulent users from its ecosystem.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rozgar Mart, its administrators, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your access to, use of, or inability to access the Platform. The Platform is provided on a strict "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

16. Privacy Reference

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through your use of the Platform, including personal details, device contexts, and payment information, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you explicitly consent to our data collection, security monitoring, and processing practices.

17. Platform Rights

The Admin holds final, binding authority over all disputes, order processing, commission calculations, and wallet adjustments. The Platform reserves the right to reject any transactions, reverse wallet balances, modify commission structures, and change product prices or availability at any time without prior notice.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, security posture, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
